FAQ
Good questions.
Clear next steps.
Practical information for planning your equipment project.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Please provide the equipment application, rated load, load dimensions, span or working radius, lifting height, project location and working environment. A layout drawing helps us assess site constraints.
Can the equipment be customised?
Configuration is developed around the project specification. Capacity, geometry, mechanisms, power supply and controls are reviewed against the load and working conditions.
How do I choose between a crane and a transporter?
Start with the movement required: vertical lifting, horizontal travel, positioning or a combination. Load geometry, site clearances and the transfer route determine the equipment options.
Can you support installation and commissioning?
Installation guidance, commissioning support, training and acceptance responsibilities can be defined in the project scope. The exact arrangement depends on the equipment and project location.
What is the delivery time?
Lead time depends on engineering scope, equipment configuration, production planning and shipping arrangements. A project schedule is confirmed with the quotation and contract.
How do I request service or spare parts?
Contact the team with the equipment model and serial number, photographs, component details and a description of the request.
