Rail Mounted Gantry Crane

Gantry crane is a kind of bridge crane supported on the track on the ground by the support legs on both sides. In structure, it is composed of gantry, crane running mechanism, crane trolley and electrical parts.

The gantry crane can be classified according to the door frame structure, the main beam form, the main beam structure and the use form.

Door frame structure:

It is divided into gantry crane and cantilever gantry crane

Gantry crane:

1. Gantry crane: the main beam is not overhanging, and the trolley is carried out in the main span;

2. Semi gantry crane: the leg has height difference, which can be determined according to the civil engineering requirements of the site.

Cantilever gantry crane:

1. Double cantilever gantry crane: the most common structural form, its structural stress and effective use of site area are reasonable.

2. Single cantilever gantry crane: this kind of structure is often selected due to the site constraints.
