Tire gantry crane structure is composed of main beam, supporting leg and ground beam.

The main beam consists of a box beam composed of I-beam and steel plate, the supporting leg is made up of a square tube, the ground beam is made up of a square steel pipe, and its traveling mechanism is composed of a air filled engineering rubber tire. All the actions are controlled by hydraulic system. 

The utility is easy to use, does not need to lay track, and is flexible.It can be used to lift box girder, T beam, wind power tower etc. It is mainly used to produce mould of precast beam and board, reverse transportation and loading, and it can easily travel in precast beam yard, with steering mode of straight, oblique, 90 ° steering and pivot steering etc.

Compared with wheel-rail type, the requirement of subgrade and ground is smaller, and the secondary utilization rate of equipment is higher.
