Classify (by usage)

1.Loading and unloading: mainly used for port and open-air stacks, handling with grab or hook. The lifting weight generally does not exceed 25 tons. Work speed is high, so productivity is often an important indicator.

2.Shipbuilding: mainly used for ship platform, floating dock and outfitting site, for hull splicing, equipment outfitting and so on. The maximum lifting weight reaches 300 tons. With multi-gear lifting speed, and can be increased when lifting weight is light. Some working institutions also have fretting devices to meet installation requirements. If the door frame height is large, it can meet the requirements of large lifting height and large radius operation, but the working speed is low and the working productivity is not high.

3.Building installation: mainly used for dam pouring, equipment and prefabricated parts hoisting, etc. Lifting weight and working speed are generally between the first two types of cranes. It has the characteristics of good transportation, large depth of lifting gear, and good adaptability to temporary work.
